You’ve done all the things and they’ve worked, but now things have changed and you’re not sure where to go from here. You think your plan is pretty good, but have some questions and might need some comprehensive problem-solving. This option is for you:

  • Preliminary email exchange to identify the areas of concern so that we can make the most of our time together!
  • 60 minute phone or video call
  • Unlimited texting/messaging for a week

You will automatically receive an email receipt of your purchase that will include a link to schedule your service after completing your purchase. Please be sure to provide a valid email address during your checkout process and check your spam folder if you do not see your receipt/invoice email immediately after your purchase has been completed.



This 60-minute phone call will get all of your questions answered and set you on the right track for sleep! During this call, Emily will gather the important details of what may be challenging your child’s sleep, and will give you a detailed plan of how to make the right changes that will get everyone in your home the sleep they need.

Common challenges that can be addressed in the Power Hour may include: sudden changes in sleep cycles, resistance to falling asleep at bedtime or naps, transitions to a new room or bed, early morning wakings, naps that seem too short, late bedtimes, aggressive behaviors in toddlers or preschoolers (e.g., biting, hitting, kicking, spitting), etc.
